SKIP MARCHESANI   retired from IBM after 25 years and is now a consultant with Custom Systems Corp, an IBM Business Partner. Recognized as an industry expert on DB2 UDB (aka DB2/400) and SQL, and author of DB2/400: The New AS/400 Database, Skip specializes in providing customized education and consulting on all aspects of the iSeries and AS/400 including database design and design reviews. He has been a speaker for user groups, technical conferences, and iSeries and AS/400 audiences around the world. Skip has earned COMMON’s Gold Medal for Speaker Excellence and the Distinguished Service Award.
