Got Those Query Blues?
Doug Mack, IBM Rochester
December 10th, 2002 FASUG Meeting
Making sql/query applications perform well is critical to effective data access.
A basic understanding of how the system handles queries, tools available to you to monitor and guide you to improve performance, and architectural considerations are some of the key elements of addressing poorly performing query applications.
This session will provide you with what you need to know to be "dangerous" when dealing with SQL/Query workloads!
