Conference sessions will start promptly at 8:30 am, (registration Starts at 7:30am) and sessions run continuously throughout the day, with appropriate breaks for coffee, lunch, and soft drinks.

Each attendee will receive a CD of all the session handouts, as well as the actual handouts for sessions attended. The CD will be a great reference manual that will allow you to easily have information at your fingertips when you return.

We have a block of rooms reserved at a discount price of $120 per night. These rooms must be reserved one month prior to the conference to get the discounted rate. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received in writing (mailed or faxed) no later than October 3rd, will be refunded in full. No refunds for cancellations received within two weeks of the event.
